While the technology that supports scuba diving has advanced immensely in recent years, it wasn’t that long ago that divers were just starting to get their feet wet in the Great Lakes. Since that time, there have been many wrecks located and explored in the Great Lakes. Paul Ehorn will be making a presentation on Great Lakes Diving Pioneers giving a retrospective on the early days of wreck diving in the Great Lakes.
The presentation will be at the Chicago Maritime Museum which is centrally located in the city and easy to get to. There is a large parking lot just outside of the complex that houses the museum.
There is no posted admission for this event, however, it is customary to make a donation to the museum.
